SMTX Property Management was established in 2013 with the intent to provide a more elevated and higher quality property management service to both our residents and owners in the Greater San Marcos Area. We are locally owned and operated by extremely knowledgeable, professional, Texas State Bobcats. Our vast portfolio of properties range from duplexes, quadplexes, triplexes, single family homes, mobile home parks and whole apartment complexes.
